Please read carefully.
We know many of our customers discover us right before an important date so while we do offer Rush Shipping, we cannot always offer it for every blanket that we carry due to incoming stock, monogramming volume, etc. When you place your order, you can select Rush Shipping on our order form and put in your requested delivery date. We do everything possible to meet your expected event date. The more wiggle room you provide, the more likely we can accept the rush shipment. We CANNOT accept any non monogram Rush orders for less than 7 business days leaving our studio and for MONOGRAMMED orders less than 10 business days leaving our studio. We do charge $10 per blanket to prioritize your order in our studio.
If you do not get an email from us upon ordering with a rush upcharge, you can assume we can fulfill your order by the delivery date. In the event we do our very best to meet your delivery date and the package does not arrive when expected, we will refund the rush charge. We do not ever provide overnight shipping as it is not available from our studio and we are a family run studio with limited bandwidth to run to the post office last minute with kids in tow. Yay for family run shops!
Handmade baby blankets and items with monograms are the hardest to turnaround and may not be available to rush. You are always invited to contact us via email for more clarification before placing an order: email@example.com. Our shop never guarantees an arrival date as shipping is completely out of our control once a package leaves our studio. ATTENTION WEDDING + CORPORATE CUSTOMERS ORDERING MORE THAN 2 BLANKETS --- we will charge one flat fee for a rush order instead of charging by the blanket so please email firstname.lastname@example.org before placing your order.
